I designed these miniature beehive candles because they bring a beautiful, rustic charm to any space. Hand-poured in my Dorset workshop using 100% pure English beeswax, these highly detailed little hives make exceptional artisan gifts—especially when you need a thoughtful, unique present for someone but aren't quite sure what to get them.

Beyond gifting, they look incredible as natural decorative pieces for your home and work perfectly as table centerpieces for weddings, birthdays, and celebrations. They burn beautifully while releasing the subtle, sweet aroma of natural honey.

Specifications

Material: 100% pure English beeswax.

Wick: Eco-friendly cotton.

Dimensions: 40 mm height × 30 mm diameter.

Estimated Burn Time: Approximately 3 hours per candle.

Scent: Natural honey and floral notes native to the hive; no artificial fragrances added.

Origin: Hand-poured in my workshop in Wareham, Dorset.

Burn and Care

To get the best experience from your sculptural hive candles, please follow these steps:

Use a Catch-Tray: Because of their sculptural shape, these candles will drip as they melt. Always burn them on a level, heat-resistant plate, coaster, or tray to catch the flowing wax.

Trim the Wick: Keep the cotton wick trimmed to 5 mm before lighting. This ensures a steady, controlled flame and prevents smoking.

Placement: Keep the candles away from open windows, drafts, or fans to prevent rapid, uneven burning.

Extinguishing: Never leave a burning candle unattended. When finished, carefully dip the wick into the melt pool using a long tool and straighten it back up, rather than blowing it out.

These are very special candles- beautifully made, and with a lovely, delicate fragrance. They came beautifully presented, individually wrapped in tissue and tied with a ribbon. They are even nicer than I expected and it made my day to open them. I am delighted with them and will definitely order again!
