There is no place quite like the Isle of Purbeck in the height of summer. My bees spend their days foraging across the wild pastures, hedgerows, and ancient woodland surrounding Corfe Castle to create this pure, golden honey.

All of my honey is raw, unfiltered, and handled with care. Unlike mass-produced blends, I bottle my honey in small batches right here in Dorset. This preserves the unique floral notes and natural pollens that give local honey its incredible depth of flavour and health benefits.
