  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses across the UK. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

5. Cancellation Rights & Returns (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items.

  • Statutory Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel or return your order.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If a product is unsatisfactory in any way, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you are welcome to return the product. In these instances, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return postage costs. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Perishable items (such as honey) and hygiene-sensitive goods (such as opened cosmetics or salves) cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If any item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do our absolute best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and ingredients/materials are accurate. However, minor variations may occur in artisanal or natural products.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.
