Refund & Return Policy

At Bee Mine Dorset, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in handcrafted quality and want you to feel completely confident with every order. If you need to make a return, exchange an item, or report an issue, we are here to help.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Policy: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unlit, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom orders, bespoke products, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damages, Defects & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you and issue a full replacement or a complete refund (including original postage).

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind:

  • You are welcome to return unused products within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return Postage: The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking or administration fees.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our store contact form or email us at info@beeminedorset.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the items securely to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the transaction to reflect on your account.
